Carnival Parade Route

Parade Route & Information

The 2012 Barrow Carnival parade will line up at Duke Street between Ramsden Square and Blake Street, with the parade starting at 12 noon fromRamsden Square.

The procession will leave Ramsden Square turning left into Abbey Road and then right into Dalkeith Street. The parade will then travel down Buccleuch Street and into Rawlinson Street before turning into Cavendish Streetand back into Duke Street before reaching its destination of Cornwallis Street and Market Street car park where the afternoon’s Carnival events will take place.

There will be lots of stalls and attractions to keep you busy and this year the dancing competition will take place outside on Market Street car park.

Keep your fingers crossed for a glorious sunny day on Saturday 30th June 2012.
